How To Prepare for Sunday, 8.2.15

As The District Church, we like to celebrate...a lot! We believe that it is important to celebrate what Jesus is doing in and through people's lives and our church. Why, you may ask? Because the gospel changing lives is what it's all about. We exist to make disciples by interrupting people's lives with love because the gospel changes everything. So, when we see the gospel at work we take the time to clap and cheer, and that's exactly what we will be doing on Sunday!

Mid-Year Review is a time for us to look back at the last 7 months of ministry and celebrate what Jesus has done, because he is good. So prepare for this Sunday by reflecting on 2015 so far. How have you seen the gospel at work in your life and others around you? How can you express thankfulness to Jesus?

"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Ephesians 3:20-21
